Drinking my Sunday morning coffee I began thinking about the impact of food and drink on our bodies; remembering that our brain (mind) is an important part of our body and needs to be nourished with good food. Given it is summer time and the abundance of fresh food is all around us I thought I'd share an article to help you increase your mental wellness and increase knowledge around the mind body connection. Mental health is physical health as well.
