Therapeutic Mind- Mapping
Therapeutic mind mapping helps you turn mental chaos into clarity by visually organizing your thoughts, feelings, memories, and patterns. By seeing everything on paper, you can notice connections, spot unhelpful loops, and explore new ways of responding. The map becomes your personal roadmap for insight, self-compassion, and taking action in your life.

Every Session
My blog this week ‘Every Session’ talks about the framework I use for therapy sessions, focusing on four key areas: crisis management, support, skill building, and insight development. Crisis management involves immediate interventions to stabilize clients in acute distress, while support provides emotional and psychological assistance to foster connection and trust. Skill building equips clients with practical tools to navigate life's challenges, and insight development fosters self-awareness and understanding of underlying patterns. This framework helps me understand and respond to clients' needs effectively, promoting overall well-being.
Personal Boundaries
The interplay between cancel culture and personal boundaries involves a tension between societal accountability and individual values & beliefs. Cancel culture aims to hold individuals accountable for harmful behaviors, allowing marginalized voices to assert boundaries against toxic actions. However, it can also infringe on personal boundaries, leading to public shaming and fear of reprisal for expressing unpopular views.
This dynamic illustrates the challenge of balancing justice and free speech, emphasizing the need for thoughtful discourse and empathy in addressing societal issues. Central to navigating and understanding the world is the ability to establish healthy boundaries effectively, rooted in your personal values and beliefs.
